Order Processing
All orders are processed and shipped Monday through Saturday. Orders placed before our daily cutoff of 3:00 PM Eastern are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM ET are shipped on the next shipping day.
Shipping Method
Standard orders ship via USPS Priority Mail, which typically delivers within 2-3 business days from the ship date. Free standard shipping is available on orders over $200.
Two expedited options are available at checkout:
- UPS 2 Business Day Air — $14.99, or $6.99 on orders over $200 (an upgrade over your free standard shipping).
- UPS Next Day Air AM — $50 flat, on any order size.
Both are counted in business days from the ship date, so the order must be placed before the 3:00 PM Eastern cutoff to ship the same day. UPS does not deliver on Sundays.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package’s progress.
Delivery Times
Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by USPS and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control. Luxe Peptides is not responsible for delays once the package is in the carrier’s possession.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe after the estimated delivery date, please contact us immediately at [email protected] and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
